EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange Policy: Ofutau has a 30 day exchange policy. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, you may email sales@Ofutau.com and an Ofutau representative will process your request within 7 business days. Any and all products that are exchanged must include a copy of your original invoice. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). If you purchased an item on sale, Ofutau allows a 10 day grace period from the date of purchase to honor promotions or discounts. If an exchange is requested beyond the grace period, store credit is issued in the amount of your invoiced purchased price to use on a new purchase. Note: All clearance purchases are “Final Sale” and cannot be exchanged. Ofutau cannot guarantee that the same item you are exchanging will be in stock in a difference size/color, however our Ofutau representative will be able to stock check per email request before your return is processed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error by Ofutau. We apologize but we do not currently have a return policy for refunds. Exchanges only.

**Giveaway items are allowed a grace period of 10 days for Size Exchange Only. We make no guarantee that we will have the size you are exchanging for. Giveaway items are non-refundable because they were FREE.
